At Artful Abode, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products

• Used or damaged products caused by customers

• Gift cards (if applicable)

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds generally reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping charges will be borne by Artful Abode.

For other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
